Manhattan Muscle Personal Trainer

Manhattan Muscle offers one on one Personal Training services to get you in shape. We offer a variety of Fitness Programs sure to meet your individual fitness needs. With years of experience as Personal Trainers in New York City, we cater to our clients individual fitness needs and hectic schedules.

We have partnered with Lift Gym to provide a convenient midtown Manhattan training facility to our Personal Training clients.

In addition, we also accommodate other locations such as your home or office gym. During excellent weather conditions, you may choose to train outdoors with Manhattan Muscle's Central Park program

    Body Sculpting

    Through personal one on one fitness sessions, Manhattan Muscle will help you develop the body you desire. An all-around fitness program will be designed based on your current physical condition and previous exercise activity. This includes current diet and fitness analysis, personalized workout routine, weight training, cardiovascular training, flexibility, and nutritional information.

    Weight Loss

    Designed for individuals who need more focus on reduction of body fat. This program explains the basis of weight loss through the increase of your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate). Manhattan Muscle will work to tighten and tone you're entire body. Target areas for women include the hips, thighs, and arms. For men it's the abdominal muscles.

    Cardiovascular

    Designed for beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels of fitness. Manhattan Muscle focuses on increasing endurance and stamina through many types of cardiovascular exercises. Flexibility is also a focus. Great for distance runners.

    Sport Specific

    Do you want improvement in your game; football, basketball, golf, running, etc.? Manhattan Muscle will create a program that focuses on strengthening sport specific movements. We incorporate many aspects of training, including strength, cardiovascular, intervals, plyometrics, and circuit training. Great for competitive athletes or just the weekend warrior.

    Body Building

    This program incorporates all exercises and nutritional schedules to create a competitive muscular physique. Bodybuilding focuses on periodization, which involves phases of muscle growth and body fat reduction and extremely strict diet schedules. Manhattan Muscle will design this program for individuals who have a strong desire to compete.  High Intensity Training (H.I.T.) is the mainstay of this program.  You must have prior weight training experience.

    Manhattan Muscle Lift Gym Facilities

    Manhattan Muscle has partnered with Lift Gym to use its convenient midtown Manhattan location as our primary training facility. With reasonable pricing and top of the line equipment Manhattan Muscle and Lift Gym is an excellent location to get in tip top shape.

    Get off at the 59th St. / Lexington Ave. Stop and walk south to East 57th St. Lift Gym is between Lexington and 3rd Ave. on the north side of East 57th St.
